Most items ship the same or next business day FedEx or FedEx Freight with tracking info provided to you.
Note: large orders ship freight due to weight restrictions. Customers may be required to be present for delivery and help unload their order (each local freight terminal is different). Most often the driver will move the pallets to the end of the truck and customers unload the items from the pallets by hand.
Return information:
Inspect your package upon delivery for any damage; if your shipment is damaged note the damage with the driver immediately, this includes documenting any damage on the lay bill for all freight deliveries, then call or email us for a return label and or an immediate product reshipment.
Unused / unopened materials can be returned for credit with a return merchandise authorization number. Shipping costs are not refundable (our cost to ship product to you as well as for you to return product to us). Please be sure to order only what you need. With our free shipping promotion, to add a few items later makes more sense than ordering too much to begin with then have to send it back. Please understand that even though our free shipping promotion doesn't cost you anything directly, it's expensive for us to ship these large items to you. When you send something back for return, you're responsible for our cost to ship the product to you as well as for you to return it to us.
Email your request for a RMA number to: service@critterfence.com
Write the RMA number on the box or boxes to be returned and include a copy of the packing slip when receiving the product, this will ensure proper credit to your account. We suggest using a shipping carrier that provides tracking information, providing you proof that your return was received by us. All returns must be received in unused and undamaged condition. Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
