These are specially designed fence kits that include protection against climbing animals (keeps animals in, keeps animals out or keeps animals both ways in and out) when other types of fences have not worked. The posts in these kits include extensions on the top of each post; when paired with included fencing, these extensions make an overhead canopy that deter animals from climbing over. These kits can also be configured with overlap on the ground and also a rodent barrier. They are most often used by customers that want better protection from climbing animals like coyotes and raccoons, but are not concerned with top protection (birds). These types of fences have become more popular for coyotes because coyotes do climb and are heavy animals. The poly fence upper used in these fence kits is not comfortable to climb and turn coyotes back the other way to the ground.
