A cat fence kit is a selection of fencing, fence posts, accessories and hardware to build a complete cat fence starting from scratch (pun intended!).

Typically a fence to contain cats is a no-climb fence. This type of fence includes fence posts with top extensions that angle up over and down - preventing cats from being able to climb over a fence. We specialize in this type of fence for cats, including cat fences with no-climb protection both in and out (both sides of the fence). This is popular for cat rescues that need to separate cats by gender, etc. It's also useful for keeping out other animals such as raccoons that are attracted by cat food.

Here, you'll find all of our cat fences separated by type. As you know, cats are very agile and smart - most customers needing a fence to keep cats in select a no-climb cat fence kit or a cat fence kit with a top. There is a brief description under each cat fence kit type.
Please keep in mind objects in and around the area you would like to install your new cat fence - for example with a no-climb fence kit, a BBQ grill cats can leap onto, then onto the fence canopy to exit. This also applies to trees that cats can climb up to reach the cat fence canopy. Most customers don't have an issue but it's important to plan your new fence properly to have the best success.
With Chew Barrier Poly cat fencing kits with a metal base, or all metal cat fence kits that include an extra layer of smaller opening size bottom wire. This is a good all purpose fence for any non-climbing cats. You can upgrade through different options within the kits to modify the chew barrier or to add tensioning. These fence kits are really designed for keeping other animals out, like coyotes, dogs, snakes and other small animals.
Without Chew Barrier Poly and metal cat fencing kits that include overlap onto the ground. These one layer cat fence kits are great for general purpose barriers to keep other animals out or to keep any non-climbing cats in. This is a good general purpose barrier fence.
Without Chew Barrier Or Overlap Poly cat fencing kits or all metal cat fence kits without overlap on the ground (great for removable fences). These cat fence kits are the perfect choice for customers that need to make their fence removable seasonally, or at some point in the future take the fence down. Typically, you would leave the included ground sleeves in the ground and pull out the posts and fencing. When you need to install the fence again, slide the posts back into the sleeves, tighten the locking set screws and reattach with more fence ties.
Climb Proof With Chew Barrier (Most Popular) Climb proof poly cat fencing kits with a metal base that include extra fencing overlapped onto the ground and staked to the ground. This is our most popular type of cat fence kit. These cat fence kits are great for your escape artist that loves to climb. Included are anti-climb post extenders that create an overhead canopy not possible to climb around. Great for feral cats and feral cat colonies. Different heights, strengths and configurations are available to choose from inside each kit.
Climb Proof Without Chew Barrier Climb proof poly cat fencing kits that include overlap onto the ground. These cat fence kits are great for your escape artist that loves to climb. Included are anti-climb post extenders that create an overhead canopy not possible to climb around. Includes overlapped poly fencing on the ground. These fence kits make decent removable or temporary climb proof cat fence kits. The hazard with these fence kits is the lack of a metal base at the bottom. We haven't heard of a cat being able to chew through any of our poly fencing, it's really other animals on the outside that can try and get in.

Completely Enclosed With A Top These all metal or all poly cat fence kits are completely enclosed with four sides and a top. Great if you have concerns with predator birds or need to enclose a small area. The fence material included with each fence kit has a 1" opening size. Modular add-ons are available to increase the size of your enclosure. Gates are also available separately. Includes 6" of overlap staked to the ground.
Existing Fence Add Ons These add on cat fence kits are designed to work with your existing wood, chain link or other type of conventional fencing, to make your existing fence higher. No-climb retrofit cat fence kits are available.
